Within Canada
All orders shipped within Canada are sent via UPS Ground Service. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Shipping costs are fixed correlating with the subtotal invoice amount as follows, plus applicable taxes:
$0-299 = $15
$300-999.99 = $20
$1000+ = Free Shipping
International
All items shipped outside of Canada are sent via insured DHL Express, which takes approximately 4-6 days. You will be provided with a tracking number via email. Please be aware that delivery times are approximate. Because goods can be delayed at customs, especially during busy periods and holidays, Leatherfoot will be unable to expedite delivery in these situations.
Please note that goods will always be declared as “merchandise” at their full retail value. (Requests to have a lower value declared will not be accepted, as we are legally obligated to declare full value on every shipment.) The customer is responsible for any associated import taxes, fees or duties. If the shipment is returned due to non-delivery, the customer is responsible for the cost of resending the item.
