LeatherFoot Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your LeatherFoot purchase. If you wish to return your item, please do so within 10 days of receipt. Returned items can be exchanged for other merchandise or store credit only. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. Items must be in unused, undamaged condition, and in their original packaging. Shipping costs will be paid by LeatherFoot for all returns.

Please note that all returns for online orders must be authorized by us prior to sending. Please contact LeatherFoot Customer Service to make a Return Authorization request. The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package.

Please ship returns via UPS using the return label enclosed with your order. Simply affix the label to your package, contact UPS for pickup or drop it off at a UPS location, get a tracking number, and your return will be shipped under our account, at no cost to you. Please ensure you have a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Any returns received without a Return Authorization number or that do not comply with the above conditions may be denied at the discretion of LeatherFoot.

Please note that items marked final sale or sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
